Has there been any leases signed inside the city
limits of Minden?

I don't think that much activity is taking place yet in town but it will not be long.
Alot of Minden is under well head protection.
I thought it was about 200 feet from the location of the
water well that was protected.

Would be interesting to know. I think that the city of Mansfield also has this well head protection, but they did lease their airport land, and I think they are seeking other bids on the town
owned property.
Interesting point Tim. I saw a few signs in the Sibley area as well refering to well head protection. That may be a good question for the main board.

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
