I see on a map where Eagle has a 1443 acre unit that includes 26 partialy under,27 under and part of 28 under....that's all I know.

Just saw your question about Sabine/ Desoto Parrish. I'm a broker for a group out of Fort Worth called Patmos Production Company. We are looking to buy leases in both parrishes.

What are your acreeages for both properties? We are looking for anything over 5 acres. We will pay a competitive prices for bonus and royalty.

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
