Hi Kat,
I would suggest that you talk to attorney Randall Davidson at (318) 424-4342. Even if you handle all of the negotiations yourself you want a good attorney to make sure that your document says what the gas company states it says. Mr. Davidson is rated AV in oil and gas, which is the highest rating that an attorney can receive.
