Michael, I want to underscore Skip's recommendation. I am a member of LA Mineral Law Institute, and am very familiar with Mr. Davidson's reputation. I don't know him personally, but he is considered by many highly respected industry members to be among the best in the state. If I were to hire an attorney on oil and gas matters he would be my first call.
