Just a little friendly advice from someone you may know:
Before you sign ANYTHING, read, read, read and know if it is a fair deal for you and your family (and maybe future generations). The deal you make today could potentially effect your hiers. Make sure that nobody negotiating for you will take your bonus/royalties. You can learn enough to negotiate your own lease. I have been under a very sad lease for 10 years or so with little or no royalty. Protect yourself with knowledge.
