1099 Miscellaneous Subustitute form

Received 1099 from Shell.

Can anyone explain why I have to pay for Shell's revenue?

Received 1099 today Gross $ 6228.40

Rev Deductions                  $1936.86

Severance                             $95.99

The net amount I received into my account for 2013 was $ 4195.55 , which is the left after I subtract the $1936.86 & 95.99.

I only received  $4195.55, yet they are reporting $6228.40.

Does this seem…

I have a well in Sec 6 T9 R11W. I received a application today to drill a subustitute well naming it La Minerals 6#1.

You may also want to ask BirdDawg. He may know.

Mr. Thibodeaus,

If there are initials or some other mark on the survey stakes, you may be able to ask a local surveyor if they can identify who's doing the survey. I know in the surveys that I have had done in Bossier there is usually some type of identifying marker on the stakes.
Good luck.

Hi Steve,
I saw your question, when I was leaving a message for Skip.
Why not post it on the main board. You may get a lot of good information that way.
GOOD LUCK

Hi, Steve. I have no inside information. I do track unit applications, not well permits, and if the date you refer to was the SWEPI public hearing for San Miguel Creek, S6 - 9N - 11W was not included. Section 6 -8N -11W was, (along with S1-3 8N - 12W and additional sections in 9N- 11W and 9N -12W. You may review the application on line on SonRis. If you know any of the land owners in these nearby sections who are leased to SWEPI, you might ask them to call the company and ask that question for you. Good Luck. Skip
