A small producer out of Rockwall, TX "31 Operating, LLC" has not paid royalty payments since Feb. 2019. They don't answer or return calls. Beware of doing business with these people!Continue

Kris Freeman with 31 Operating just contacted me re: $ owed me. I hope that he did so with those others of you that he owed royalties to. A thought: let's not let something like this get this far out of hand before speaking up. I can assure you I won't wait so long again to bring up the problem! "The wells they had paid me on in Webster Parish are operated by Carder Oil Co Org Id 2836. They also have a Rockwall Tx address. 31 Operating doesn't show up as an operator  on Sonris just FYI."

"They owe me back pay for over a year.  They will not answer calls return calls or return emails. "

"Same here also.  My sister and I have not received payment since May of this year.  We are on direct deposit and receive run stub notices from Energylink but no payment.  We had David Summers send them a letter last week but no reply…"
