Got a call from my oil lease group people. They told me My title had cleared and that I needed to come sign a W-9. I ask how much property they showed I owned. It was for about HALF of what I have. Guess they went by my Deed. The Deed stated That I owned lot 18 and half of lot 19. It gave measurements of each side of lot 19 in feet and stated how many acres.. Nothing for lot 18.
