There are 3 wells in 15N 14W section 32 which were fracked in February of 2024. According to Sonris they have still not been turned to sales. Any Industry insiders know why? I understand there is sufficient pipeline capacity in that area but code for wells is 31, shut-in future utility.
Thanks

Those wells are among a long list of completed wells with no monthly production entered on SONRIS. The state is far behind on processing reports from Haynesville operators. In the case of new wells, the state must issue an LUW code for the operator to report production. In this case both the sections have original HA wells and have LUW codes issued long ago. Chesapeake has stated in several of their corporate presentations over 2024 that they were delaying completions and turning completed wells to sales because of low natural gas prices. They now call if TIL (Turn In Line). These wells are complete. Either Chesapeake has not TILed these wells or they have and filed a completion report but the state just hasn't processed it. If you take a look at my main page discussion, Have You Been Paid?, you will see the oldest of the wells completed but not reported. The full list is much longer, over 130 wells in all but that includes more recent completions.
