What is your T-R-S? I have friends in Deepwoods subdivision who just signed Thurs. night with a company that says it represents CPK. (I say "says it represents" because it wasn't Twin Cities. My understanding is that Twin Cities is CPK's only agent.) Their bonus is $22,500/acre with 25% royalties. This isn't Springridge area, but awfully close to you.
Who knows how many are working for Chesapeake? I know Honeycutt Hill is working for them.
I agree, I just stated that because I've seen statements by CPK saying Twin Cities is it's only "official" agent. I just wanted to be clear this wasn't negotiated through TC.
I believe that what CPK has said is that Twin Cities is their only leasing agent inside the city limits of Bossier and Shreveport.

Red River is also working for CPK.

Also Ashley Energy is leasing for CPK.

From what I have been told they each have their own "territory".

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
