Current Lease Bonus Amount

I was wondering if anyone has leased property lately in Bienville Parish. Can you give me some idea of the current amount being paid for the bonus per acre?

$5k to $11k. Depends on the specifics of each mineral tract.

I have land that borders Natichotches Parish and Red River and I also own land south of Castor near Punkin Center. I have been told that the Leasing had stopped just a few houses down. Does anyone know if there are any plans to lease around these areas?

T16N R9W 20 acres leased Dec 09 $6600.00/acre to Petrohawk.
