I've got a pad site being built in my section, and the well has been permitted according to sonris.   I have a little over 7 acres, and I'm curious as to what I should be doing.  I'm not leased and I'm really not that interested in leasing my minerals.  Are there any suggestions out there?

This well is a CV Davis sand test operated by Wil-Drill.
Continue educating yourself. Be sure you fully understand the ramifications of being an unleased mineral owner.

You should look at the well results from other wells producing at a similar depth in the UNIONVILLE field. I would also do some due-diligence on the operator, being sure to check their results from similar wells.

Sometimes it makes sense economically to remain unleased and sometimes it does not.
