Nelson/Pryme is back to drilling on the Deshotels 13H. They were at 7600+ ft. and expecting to finish the well by the first week in August.

The Pyme news release is in regards to their operations in Avoyelles Parish.

The drilling had been delayed due to the flood waters coming from the Atchafalaya in the well area. Now the water is down, and drilling has resumed. There are currently three deep horizontal wells in Avoyelles area under way, the the two by Nelson/Pryme and the a third one by Andarko.

 

P.S. The Avoyelles Parish clerk of court has added tables for about six companies who are searching for mineral rights.
