I watch Dept. of Conservation, Sonris, online Desoto courthouse records and the Holly Field is without a doubt the busiest of all fields. Also it is the field getting all the gas factories. Encana, Chesapeak, Encana, Exco, and now El Paso are doing the gas factory concept. Is it because it is so good in the field, or because it is close to major pipelines??

James, I don't have a check yet for sec, 18. Sometimes I don't get one until 24th-25th of the month.

OK but they have both my sections on the same check but not this month for some reason!

Spoke with Encana and they called back and said they are doing a new survey plat of sec 18 and should receive payment when the new survey is completed. They said it should be ready for the Sept. check. I guess because my property splits sec 18 and sec 19 but they had it all listed in sec 18.

Anyone know anything about this new survey plat?

KCM,

Hearing anything new for sec 18 or 19 14-14?

They held up my royalties until they get the survey on my property complete. They said it should be ready for the Sept check. I sit in 2 sec 18 an 19. But they was paying me for Sec 18 14-14 and should have been paying for some in each section. Either way they owe me some extra money unless they leave it like it is.

James, I haven't heard anything. FXEF, have you heard anything? Nothing new on Desoto online records either.  I know Encana went to DNR for approval of gas factories in sections 8,17, but I haven't seen any permits come through yet, so they are not starting those factories as of yet. Would imagine that the topsy turvy economy has even the big companies on edge
i HAVE A new survey plat for Sec 18 14-14 showing a proposed bottom hole across from the old doctor office in kickapoo on the east side of 171 almost to hwy 5 what PBH mean

James,

If you post a copy of the survey plat or a link, we might have an answer.

Isn't that about where the initial well was drilled? Could that be what is showing. Please post plat
Proposed Bottom Hole (PBH)
James what is the original date on that plat
i THINK IT was the well already in this section. The only date it had was a revise date of July 2011. I do no have the capabilities to post the plat sorry.
FXEF, have you heard when Encana plans to start their gas factory in Sec. 8 of 14/14. They already have state approval, but no permits yet
