Permalink Reply by JAMES SMITH on July 24, 2011 at 14:22 OK but they have both my sections on the same check but not this month for some reason!
Permalink Reply by JAMES SMITH on July 25, 2011 at 4:43 Spoke with Encana and they called back and said they are doing a new survey plat of sec 18 and should receive payment when the new survey is completed. They said it should be ready for the Sept. check. I guess because my property splits sec 18 and sec 19 but they had it all listed in sec 18.
Anyone know anything about this new survey plat?

Hearing anything new for sec 18 or 19 14-14?
They held up my royalties until they get the survey on my property complete. They said it should be ready for the Sept check. I sit in 2 sec 18 an 19. But they was paying me for Sec 18 14-14 and should have been paying for some in each section. Either way they owe me some extra money unless they leave it like it is.

AboutAs exciting as this is, we know that we have a responsibility to do this thing correctly. After all, we want the farm to remain a place where the family can gather for another 80 years and beyond. This site was born out of these desires.
