Productive life of an oil well

We have leased property to Conoco a few miles south of Westhoff in Dewitt County.  Conoco has said they plan to "spud" in mid October.  If an oil well is productive, what kind of daily production is typical for this area and how long do these wells remain productive?

Try posting again in the Eagle Ford Shale group.  You should post the survey your minerals are located in to help in finding your location.
