Does anybody know anything about a company called McGinty-Durham leasing in south Rapides Parish? Are they a trustworthy company and fronting for which big company? Heard they were offereing $350, 25%, and 3 year term but did not hear actually where. Can anyone help?
they are landmen in alexandria. they are very trustworthy and they work for other companies.
they are a land company. i don't know for who for or where. i have been hearing 500, 25, 3 - w/ a 2 yr extension almoste everywhere else in the parish.
$300, 1/4, 5 years.
For our property in Avoyelles and Rapides, we've been offered $500, 1/4, 3yr by both Pride (for EOG) and Halcon. The last guy from Pride spilled the beans on who they were leasing for even though open speculation had nailed it...
