TD,P:  You've been the real deal as long as I have known you.  May your inbox overflow with friend requests.  Good Luck.

heard at the courthouse that indigo issued a moratorium on new leases.  no more for now.

i think great news.  the flip is about to happen, or drilling, or...end of the quarter.

Does anybody know anything about a company called McGinty-Durham leasing in south Rapides Parish?  Are they a trustworthy company and fronting for which big company?  Heard they were offereing $350, 25%, and 3 year term but did not hear actually where.  Can anyone help?

they are landmen in alexandria.  they are very trustworthy and they work for other companies.

they are a land company.  i don't know for who for or where.  i have been hearing 500, 25, 3 - w/ a 2 yr extension almoste everywhere else in the parish.

$300, 1/4, 5 years.

For our property in Avoyelles and Rapides, we've been offered $500, 1/4, 3yr by both Pride (for EOG) and Halcon.  The last guy from Pride spilled the beans on who they were leasing for even though open speculation had nailed it...

Does anyone know who McGinty Durham is leasing for in Rapides Parish?

Depends on where the property is located.

In Township 1 North, Range 1 West, Rapides Parish, Louisiana. Joe McGinty is witness to some of Halcon's Leases in Rapides Parish, but Midstates filed a lease the same day as McGinty Durham did in same area.
