When you do that all the group members get an email alerting them to your new discussion.  Posting on the Main Page doesn't alert anyone.  And you just have to wait and hope the right members see it.  Location specific questions are better asked in the group covering that group or parish/county.

I have to agree withJohn Matherne - no activity.  Permits have expired.  Anadarko has scewed up the couple of wells  of interest, the Edenburg well in Avoyelles across the Atchafalaya River from Pointe Coupee and LaCour #43.  Activity is zilch.  Just gotta wait.
