$1.49 for what? 127 cubic feet? How is CNG priced? Thanks Craig

Hi, Young1 - CNG is priced per gasoline gallon equivalent. So the TimeIt Lube station in Shreveport pictured above is selling CNG at $1.49 per gasoline gallon equivalent.

ABOUT WHAT DOES A CONVERSION KIT COST THESE DAYS?  ITS BEEN A WHILE SINCE I LOOKED.

Hi, OldDog - conversions are still running anywhere between $8 and $10,000, but Dodge, Ford and Chrysler have all three released dedicated bi-fuel trucks so conversions aren't necessary. The Ram 2500 CNG is available at Landers and Hebert's Town and Country in Shreveport/Bossier.

Thanks Katie.  I will have to look at the Ford, I'm not a Chrysler or Chevy fan.

No problem! The Fords look really good, but I haven't heard of any dealers around here receiving shipments of stock. It may be that you place an order from the dealer. Here's a really detailed article on all the specs: http://news.pickuptrucks.com/2012/06/cng-test-drive-ford-f-250-sd-b...

Jimmy Granger Ford has several on the lot that run on CNG/gasoline

Good to know, moondawg! Thanks!

BINGO!!!  I want to see more "filling stations" like this.
