Roland, it is helpful for those members who may wish to reply to your question to know where the minerals are located.  Laws governing the payment of royalties due on producing mineral interests vary by state.

Ronald.  I think you may have a better chance of receiving replies if you post on the Shelby County Group page.  I'm not up on the appropriate Texas law(s) in regard to your question.

When you start a new discussion on a Group page, all the group members get an email alerting them to the discussion.  That  doesn't happen when you post to the Main Page.  Use this link:
