I looked on line today and seen where camterra is assigning leases to Petrohawk, not sure which ones but I will know soon as I can get on line to read them, it takes a day or two thru the courthouse on line to read them. Hopefully it will be the ones in Section 35,16,14 and 2,15,14. This could mean bigger production:)

KP,

Thank you very much for giving us the scoop. I can help you if you would like as I also have Caddo Clerk records online. If you want me to take a few sections and run those records, I would be happy to help. I am very near both sections.
Insomniacnia, I have access to Desoto Parish Court Records but it takes a day or two for them to get ready to download to be read. These sections are all in Desoto Parish. I will be checking all day to see if i can read these and will post it as soon as I find out, but thanks very much for the offer or if you find out sooner let me know.
Okay, how about you check DeSoto and I run the records for Caddo? Camterra has more wells in Caddo than in DeSoto. Camterra was able to pool leases for their wells from at least 3 different companies that I know of. JPD Energy, Empressa and Caruthers Producing. These 3 companies assigned their leases to Camterra last year and some this year. That is how Camterra was able to get the leasehold they needed to drill.

I will let you know what I find out about Camterra and Petrohawk in Caddo records.
KP,

I checked the Caddo records and Camterra has made a couple of assignments to Petrohawk. The most recent assignment was on 7-28-08 and in noted on the indexes but the supporting documents have not been scanned in yet. In June, 2008 Camterra made assignments of a particular well to Petrohawk. Also Camterra entered into a farmout agreement with Caruthers in the Burns well Sec. 4 16n 14w, the agreement is that Caruthers received the rights to the shallow and deep rights. I will check more tonight.
