I live in Greenwood and we just signed for $19,000.00 per acre and we are paying a 4% fee, however, most attorney fees range above 10% or more, so I feel our group did the right thing.

They are retired, they own or use to own the coffee shop their on the corner in Seagrove. I use to work for Kurt when he owned La Lift and Equipment here in Shreveport. His son is Warren Tape, he lives in the area also. We use to go stay at the Perriwinkle House in Seaside for many years when he owned it. We have been there probably 14 times or so over the years. You mention that leasing has slowed down a lot. What types of offers are you hearing about now?
Can you tell us the location by Section, Township and Range? I have some property near Greenwood.
