Buck,

I can not understand why one of these production companies don't change over their fleet of trucks.

I've heard that there is a company in Dallas that can retrofit an F150 for about $3,000.00.

Can you imagine Chesapeake doing something worth talking about for a change?
Remarkable! And now i hear on the news that Congress wants taxpayers to fully fund political campaigns. Let's print another trillion or so dollars for our elitist politicians. Sorry to vent... maybe i should have replied in some other area.
Actually, buck, I think some butts ( GM's CEO & half it's board, I think) were just given their marching orders. And Chrysler has, what, 60 days to make a JV deal with Fiat? hup-two, hup-two ...

Thanks - sesport :0)
Well, you could hook it up once, Jim! Then it would be in orbit!!

Our home gas supply pressures are low and that's a good thing!! Too many geniuses that wouldn't know what to do with a few hundred psi.

I really hope the CNG auto/truck idea takes off and kudo's to some state legislators for wanting to help. If only someone on a national level would try to throw in a few dollars from the Trillions and Trillions we're spending. For the life of me I can't figure out why the Administration won't even recognize this as a critical part of the energy plan. I guess when you get elected by pandering to the environmentalists, you can't then go out and support an idea that is connected to oil and gas. But heck, they're getting ready to throw the UAW under the bus, why not the greenie weenies?

CERA is predicting a significant decline in overall gas demand through 2010. to the tune of 1.3 BCF/day. Our market is already about 4 BCF/day oversupplied. Without serious reductions in supply or a turn around in demand, prices are going to be stuck for a while. This isn't good for those of us in the industry (including royalty owners!!).
One possible reason for little ng support - a projected 20 new nuclear power reactors, to be added to the 104 already licensed to operate, for electricity production. There are 11 already licensed to operate in the state of Illinois alone. From info I've looked at, this seems to be ng's biggest competition in the energy production sector.
Check out nrc.gov, it's all there. I know about time & cost, but the numbers are there. 9 are projected for SE US (Region II) alone.

:0)
I can see Gilligan and the Professor working on it now!! Need a really long hose, though!

Now, where is Ginger and Mary Ann????
