I know that area well,,,,,,,,,IMHO, 3K per acre sounds pretty good to me if it is a ONE YEAR lease with a two year option for 10K (or more). Whatever you accept, make sure you get cold hard cash instead of promises as some of us did last summer upon accepting an offer.

All i have heard is the 3000.00 on 483 and a 3500.00 offer in pelican just across the line.

Thanks Ken.......do you know if the offer was for 3 yrs and 25% royalties? If it was for one year, and 25% it may not be too bad IMHO. I may would have some interest in that offer.

I don't know the answer to your question. If i can find out without appearing to nosy i will...that being said i think it's not wise for people who turned down 10000.00 or more to accept this amount this early unless their finances or dire. When naturual gas goes back up, and it will the offer's will have to improve!!
