Just wondering if there is any activity going on in Rapides or Evangeline? It seems like things are just about at a standstill. Is that accurate?Continue

Hey Cynthia.
We are located in eastern Rapides close to Avoyelles line. Land owners that I know about are mostly located on a line along and between Highway 1 and Red River. We just signed with Pride for the $400/350 and 25% 5-year lease. Looks like others in this area are going for that too. Indigo has made some offers, but Pride beat their offers------as of this date!!!! What is in the future is anyone's guess. This forum and the people have been most helpful to me as I tried to navigate these deep and unfamiliar waters. I'm sure you will find help and benefits here too.
