Ms. Caswell, I Meant to to tell you it is the Young Angus Farms I was talking about earlier this morning that owns the land I was talking about. My aunt has since passed away but have plenty of cousins and uncles that are still in charge of the cattle and O&G Leases in that area. any questins feel free to ask, Joe Dyer.

Sounds familiar! After giving them permission to survey, the next day they placed stakes but not sure of a bore box! We have not yet gotten any official offers on the pipeline. I am not sure if this company has the right on emminant domain. If not, I understnad they will pretty much pay what you ask. Hoopefully, that is true!

My property is in Longstreet,La on the Marshall Rd. At the present time they are walking our property to see if this would be a good place for a pipeline. I will not accept the 100.00 per rod that the landman suggested. I have not received an official offer but they are going to have to pay me a lot more. I liked the idea one man suggested on this websit---!00.00 per 1000cubic units of gas pumped through the pipe!.. Keep in touch as to your offers since our properties are so close!
