Do you know what the number is for Shelbyville highway? Highway 87 runs through Shelbyville, south-east through Shelby County,
south-east through Sabine County just missing San Augustine. Are you sure your mineral rights are in San Augustine County? Try to find out what the highway number is for Shelbyville highway. If you are in any of this area from Shelbyville down through Sabine County you are in a super area. Our mineral rights may be very close.
CAN ANY ONE OUT THERE PLEASE HELP CHARLES AND I FIND OUT WHAT THE HIGHWAY NUMBER IS FOR SHELBYVILLE HIGHWAY????
Charles, try to find this out Tuesday and let me know then I will tell you my thoughts on bonuses which aren't any different from Louisiana.
Try calling the San Augustine or Shelby County courthouses and asking them to give you information on Shelbyville Highway.
Where is Richie Survey from San Augustine [the town]?
Where is Stone wall La? Is that the location of your mineral rights? That is a horrible lease. DO Not sign.
Read everything on this web site and then read it again as it makes more sense after you absorb it the first time.
Read the Shreveport TImes....type in Haynesville shale and submit....View all of the videos on the local Shrieveport TV stations. Go to Geology. com....read read and read some more. When I find out where your mineral rights are I can give you some more input. If you are in the blob you should be holding out for $25,000-$30,000 an acre. YOU CAN FIND OUT THE LOCAL OPINIONS BY KEEPING UP WITH THE PARISH SITES ON THIS WEB SITE.Do not sign any document without an attorney.....but I believe you need to have sufficient enough info. to protect yourself aganist your own attorney.
