Was offered 7500 six or seven weeks ago. Did not accept and have been avoiding calls from landman to allow lease prices to go up. Talked to landman today and will recieve another offer on Monday. Will let you know the new figure. Where exactly in Shelby are you located? I have additional info about your area. Will go into more detail on Monday.
