The Brenner est. well, serial #237811 was completed 09/07/2008 and reported an IP of 10,191 mcfd on Sonris on 10/15/2008. It is now one year later. Is it possible to find out what it is producing now? Where would one find that information or is it confidential? Thanks.

Anyone care to estimate/guess if this well has paid off drilling costs yet and started paying revenues to UMI landowners?
I think you didn't scroll down far enough on Sonris, it's all there.

9/08- 8.2 mmcfd average
8/09- 1.5 mmcfd average
82% decline the first year
ShaleGeo,

I've heard rumors that 16N-14W might be just outside of the core area. I know you have told me many times in the past that 16N-14W is in fact in the sweet spot. Still feel like this in the sweet spot?
Thank you. That's what I figured considering all the activity going on. I just received my first AFE in that township from CHK. Hoping for a good one. I don't see you on here quite as much anymore. You staying pretty busy??
I hear that on the gas prices. Hoping for a brutal winter. I'm working 7 days a week up here in NE Pennsylvania. Things seem to be slowly picking up.
No kidding. New York is causing us quite the headache. Don't really understand their logic but it is what it is.
They had a moratorium on all drilling in New York so we couldn't do anything really. Cabot Oil and Gas didn't help out the matter anymore by accidently contaminating some ground water. However, they got it all cleaned up and have been given the all clear to start drilling again. Rumors spread quickly up here just as they did during the Haynesville frenzy.
Well completed 9/07/08. Production in September=248,322 mcf. for 23 days=10,805mcf/day.

Production in 8/09=46,922mcf for 31 days=1,514mcf/day.

10,805-1514=9,291 mcfd/day decline

Decline rate=9,291/10,805=86%

I caution on using the data for any well in 2008 with different lengths of laterals, proppant, alignment, etc. Knowledge, completion technique, drilling methods have all changed and improved since 9/08.
Speaking off cheap gas, I was down at the farm this morning checking on any weather damage and notice all of the water lines going to your place. I guess they got around to fracin' you well? Any good?
There are water lines going to Johnson 29 on HWY 789..........They are finishing up the frac which they started last Sunday. I haven't been down Preston as far as your place, Jay. Are there water lines going to/from your place??? Where is oil guy's place???
