We live on Rust Lane, just the Williams Road. I have seen a new pad going in on the Keithville-Keatchie Road about a mile or two south of Williams Road. Also quite a bit of traffic on Williams Road of those heavy belly dump style trucks too. I was wandering if this "new" activity might mean the possibility of drilling to begin again on Williams Road? Especially within our section; SECTION 11 - TOWNSHIP 15 NORTH - RANGE 15 WEST CADDO PARISH?? John Carrigan

What are Indigo Minerals? John
Well, our "unit well" is with Chesapeake. Maybe Indigo will buy there interests and begin drilling. John
Indigo already owns the development rights to the Cotton Valley through a Joint Venture agreement with Chesapeake. Your "unit well" is a Haynesville well. The Cotton Valley is a different drilling and production unit.
Morning. Need some updating if you know. We just received the standard legal letter informing us of a hearing for a permit to drill. It is for 4 additional units that will reach into our section. Some friends of mine in the area of Williams Rd. got a letter yesterday about units being formed to drill multiple wells in some sections. I have not seen the letter.
Indigo is on my letter

AboutAs exciting as this is, we know that we have a responsibility to do this thing correctly. After all, we want the farm to remain a place where the family can gather for another 80 years and beyond. This site was born out of these desires. Before we started this site, googling "shale' brought up little information. Certainly nothing that was useful as we negotiated a lease. Read More |
