I remember working around that area, I think Exxon had a good bit of HBP minerals around Converse.
So, on the plat, those existing units belong to another operator? Still learning...
You could run out Ricky Evans and find out a lot but that may take the rest of your life. I would not take on the task of running the Evan's family.
