Good posting. I read an article a few months ago from Joe Bastardi forcasting this very weather event in his 2009-2010 winter forecast. If solar activity continues to register below "normal" levels... we could have a real cold and wet winter ahead. jhh
This "Global Warming" sure is COLD. If it not for human breathing exhaling all the CO2 The Earth would be under total ice cap. LOL :))
It is not nice to fool with Mother Nature!
Couple of more years of global warming and I may freeze to death.
Funny how Al Gore disappears when these frigid temperatures hit. From what I have read the sun and volcanoes under the oceans contribute more than anything we could do to the earth. The cold is great for Natural Gas prices though:)
lol, If it's too cold, ng can fire the heat (whether gas or electric), if it's too hot, gas can fire the electricity to run air conditioning. Win-win either way, IMO, IF we can increase demand for ng in the residential & power sectors. Wait ... is that Mr. Opportunity knocking? 80)
Prices on Bloomberg on NYC Gate Spot really jumped. I realize it is only the Spot, but it is still nice to see.

You're going to get Sheik Al-gore upset. He's afraid of losing his grip on power if the 'global warming' scam is exposed.
I would say something, but you fine folks said it all for me.......Thanks
Hey Dorch! I don't care what Al or Accuweather or anyone else says we should do whatever we can to protect our environment!!!
Nice winter for HS mineral owners (if not so nice for the population). Strange how all the global warming jokes come out every time there is a cold snap (and this is from (probably) a healthy number of geologists who should understand climate change theory a little better?). But I digress--maybe prices will stabilize above $6.00?
