Joe, or anyone, please follow up with details as they become available.  Every article I've read so far is like this one - no facts.  Only partisans can argue a case without knowing  the facts.

Parts of the rule duplicate existing state laws regarding disclosure.  There is also a new requirement regarding verification of well integrity.  It will be a significant new requirement where it applies on federal lands, but its more of a regulatory hoop rather than a road block.
