Is 8N 12W in Sanine Parish "core" area? thought that was a little far south

I wouldn't consider it core but there are some areas of good rock in the township that could be considered Tier One.  The newer CUL well designs have increased the EUR estimates across a good bit of the play.

I seem to remember EXCO was looking at drilling some Bossier wells this year, have any of those been drilled yet and if so how do they stack up against a HS well?

Since a  Bossier (BO) well would be referenced as an alternate Haynesville (HA), it is no simple matter to run through a list and pick them out.  Even a completion report would call a BO an HA completion.  To figure out which are BO, one must compare the True Vertical Depth (TVD).  All wells appreciably shallower than the HA wells in a given area could be assumed to be BO completions.  Although the depth difference would vary by location I would look for a differential of at least 500".  All the HA units established  in the play include the BO in their depth definition.

All the major Haynesville operators have drilled a few BO wells across their acreage in LA and BO wells are fairly common in E TX and easily recognized because they have a "B" in the name.

I'm perfectly fine with my the majority of my gas staying in the ground righ now. For gas that's coming out its nice to see prices higher than previous checks.
Where HS and BS are present , will operators drill the same number of wells per section to each formation?

If a proposed alternate well meets the state's HA unit spacing requirement, regardless of whether it is an HA or BO, it can be drilled.  But will it?  Depends on the operator's opinion of the economics of the BO.  If both formations were economic you could theoretically have 8 of each in the same unit.  In practice?  That's unlikely to happen.
