Public Hearing to be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 @ 9:00 am

"At such hearing the Commissioner of Conservation will consider evidence relative to the issuance of Orders pertaining to the following matters relating to the Haynesville Zone, Reservoir A, in the Bethany-Longstreet Field Orders"

What does this mean?  Should I attend this hearing?  How does this effect me?

TIA
