danielle---the black hawk is a marginal Travis Peak well only made about 67 mmcf in 2+ years. But there is other formations in area Sonerra has several James Lime wells in area plus who know what maybe deep in the CV sands, shales, or Lime. So don't let some one talk you into selling your minerals.
