You bet!  All of these recent AC units are cropping up just N and E of me.  My thoughts are - let em wotk the bugs out on these, then come on over to me.  I will leave the gate open. Ha,

yes and no on Eagles Ranch owners - at least now they are getting some royalty cash flow. 

Over 96 MBO thru Feb 2018 - at $60 per BO and 25% royalty interest, this is still $1.44 MM of royalty money. Plus probably close to another $250,000 of royalty money for high Btu associated gas royalties.

Not too shabby.

Plus EOG can always come back into this area and drill future wells with improved approach and take advantage of the existing infrastructure and SWD.

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
