Could also be wildcatters but the $500 per acre seems a bit high for them. Would need more info like Section number and primary term for the lease. I know the area very well because I was leasing there when the shalers came in. I was working for wildcatters at that time. I miss those days before the shale.

That sounds like Blue Ribbon.  Or another company speculating in leases.

Sabine Parish 8N-12W on Highway 120.  Recent offer (within past week) from a land co. was $500 & 3/16

Anyone know the current % & price being paid for a lease in Sabine Parish ?  I know people who have received phone calls lately ( 1 call this week and 1 a few months ago) inquiring about land in 8N-12W.  I need to be current on the latest info in case I get a call too.

I am a landowner in Sabine Parish and wondering what happened, I did not recieve any checks this month and they have been very small the last year, Are you all ever going to work and drill anymore up there. Just asking

Justice was issued  a permit on 8-12-13 to go to 10,500 feet in the Southeast corner of Sabine Parish S23-T5N-R9W. Seems like they drilled some core sample wells in the South end of Sabine a  few years ago. I think I read at some  point something about  them testing the Eagle Ford with these wells. They plugged these wells and sounded like they may come back when they thought they could make it commercial.

My goodness, getting old is something else!! Here I wanted to check back in on Mr. Aaron and see if he got his steak dinner and I could not remember my code number to get in or is that password? Anyway I finally located that and then the sign in page had two places to put that password. I proceeded and down below that were these two fuzzy words (try this with bi-focals) and after 5 atempts I am on again. So Mr. Aaron if you got your steak dinner let me know.

Also have a question about your well 242623...hoping it is better than thought. I saw on Sonlite that they did a DT-1 test on 10/27/11 the gas delivery was up from 209(as tested on 6/17/11) to 1224 with water being at 430 now and 1423 back in June. Does this mean things are looking better? CAN ANY OF YOU OUT THERE WITH UNDERSTANDING EXPLAIN THIS?
