This business is very confusing and to weed through the bullcrap is another story... As for the geological feature unique to San Augustine..I'm not sure where your coming from.

Really, you're wanting to sell 30 acres w/ 100% minerals. The other day you represented yourself as an Encana spokesperson. You have written about a geological feature unique to San Augustine Co that could prove devastating to some mineral owners. You have stated the Blackstone A43 1H has crapped out. Overall, I have taken your messages to be very negative towards mineral owners. Now you want to sell minerals? Your posts have me thoroughly confused but I'm not a very smart guy.

Which one? Greer Gas Unit #1H is in J. J. Hennis and the Viney Greer OU A #1H is in V. Greer, A-517.

What about the Greer well?

That sort of "Landman talk" has been put out to dampen expectations in the area they are actively leasing. So, you can repeat it if you want to but you are helping to suppress lease bonus... so you decide. If you are a landowner you might not want to spread that talk but if you are buying leases, that is just the sort of talk I would expect you to perpetuate.
