Lessor:
What have you heard regarding Cabot's Katherine Von Goetz #3. Can you call your friends "in house" and update us? Thanks

Intrepid:
Thanks but I was unable to download Cabot's Conference call. I have been under the impression that "County Line" was the Shelby County/San Augustine County line. Is this generally correct?

I found Seitels agent, they got their permit from SW Energy that I am leased with.

Interesting that Seitel has already completed operations on your property and you were never contacted by them. What authority did they have to be conducting tests on your property without your permission? They have an office in Center which you could probably get the number for from information. Please let us know what occurs with them and the trespass situation.

I need contact info for Seitel Data.
Hopefully some one who has had dealings with them will have a direct name & number or email. I never got a letter from them and they have finished on my property N of Denning.

It is my understanding that they have done none so far in either of the three successfully tested zones via their deep vertical test in the area. On the CC the CEO stated that they will look to drill horizontals in one of the three promising zones (Haynesville limestone, lower Bossier (Haynesville) shale and the middle Bossier shale). Cabot did not disclose what zones they are looking to target first or what type of production results they got from either of the three zones. Time will tell what zone they think has the greatest potential. Anyway, overall very positive for the area, imo.

Thanks, Dennis R. Do you happen to know how many horizontals Cabot has done?

Right, no comments about BP on the CC. The Cabot CEO did say that they will drill horizontal wells at County Line in 2009. On Cabot's website a replay of the call is still available.

So, no comment on BP in the conference call?

BP? hmm.. that would be nice.
