Devon has major holdings and are making units to drill out. I woul lease with them if I were you. There are a couple of companies leasing land in the area but they aren't going to drill out. Devon is giving 500per acre and 1/4 royalty. The big bonus money is long gone but they real money is under the ground.

I have mineral rights on about 60acres on FM1 just off hwy 21.  They are currently leasing.  What is the going rate in this part of the county and which companies are doing the actual leasing

Can someone tell me what the status is for the Harris GU SAG well?  It's in the Sigler survey, API #405-30461.  After what I thought was the fracing stage, traffic to the site stopped, then started back up and was constant.  Now there's no activity back there at all.
