That office has been full all year.  Some are working on pipeline ROW.  There may be some seismograph folks in there, too.

I happen to be in the County Clerks office in San Augustine a couple of days ago and the place was covered up with landmen.  Maybe there is still  leasing going on somewhere in the county.  Sure wanted to take roll call and ask what companies they were with.......but I didn't.

The oil under the Haynesville Shale is called "LBD"  Lower Brown Dense. I believe it is one of the first jurrasic tratas.

I think it has been fraced or is expected to be in the near future.

Does anyone know anything about the Higginbotham unit in San Augustine?  We had heard that XTO had taken over it?  Have they fracked it?  Any information would be helpful.

DeeDee, have you talked to Cabot?  I know someone in the Wheeler unit and they have been receiving checks for several months.

sweetniece, they reported zero production from Crane #1H in July but I haven't heard anything about why.  I will ask around.

Anyone know why EOG Crane Well #1 went off line in July?  I heard they were fracking another well nearby--Anyone have any news of this and where the new well might be?
