Does anyone have any idea if there is going to be any more activity in the Clever Creek/Neuville area (east of Hwy. 96 South and off of FM 417)?
Supposedly, there are companies that are supposed to be doing seismic work in that area......Does anyone know whether that seismic work has begun? I understand that they are looking into the Haynesville Shale depth. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.
Also, who are the players in the area? My understanding is that XTO Energy and Chesapeake are the main players. I also heard that Chesapeake may be sold to Exxon. Is that true?
I watch Cramer on Mad Money in the evening and he has information every once in a while concerning the Natural Gas situation ..... However, I've not heard him mention the Haynesville Shale Play in quite a while. He had the CEO of Anadarko on this week. Was interesting.....the CEO thinks there is a strong belief that Natural Gas will be very important in the energy sector even if there are not Natural Gas Cars....He said that there is a lot of other areas that will be needing Natural Gas.
Let's all hope and pray that this is true. Hey, I'd like to retire.....the sooner the better.
