Should be a good one. Hope they don't wear the drilling rig out hauling it back and forth between North Shongaloo-Red Rock Field and Cotton Valley Field. Maybe they will drill couple of wells this trip. I think they have 3 locations in S3 plus at least 3 others. Thanks Skip. You beat me to this one!!

Aubrey, what have you got on XTO to be getting all these wells drilled? LOL!

It seems that I have spent about 50 years pursuing more drilling in the area. Fortunately I was able to establish working relationship with Fina about 15 years ago. This resulted in drilling of Mickey Wise well in my unit. I assisted
Fina and their successors in acquiring leases and I was just plain lucky I guess when XTO bought out Fina and EnerQuest interests. I have spent many, many years on this prospect although I just own a very few acres. Without my neighboring landowners helping this would not have been done. It has not been easy, but I enjoyed every minute I spent on it. But, also lots of frustration.

My land is in Sections 11 and 12, T23N, R9W. Is that in your vicinity? Is your land under production?

After preparing a large drill site and even putting in a pipeline, XTO allowed the permit to expire. What caused XTO to walk away?

From what I've been told from xto it is a big well they are making a decision on one well or several but it is a good one. It will be 2012
