i heard of someone near echo getting $1000/ac. thanks for answer, it seems your info has been correct before anyone else's.
I haven't heard anything else about the well at Woodsworth but I have heard that they are trying to keep information about Broadway's well quiet. They are trying to get everyone that hasn't leased in that area leased and will pay a little more for the bonus...
It has been plugged.
jean, what have you heard about lambright p&a?
Yes.....and supposedly they will go back to Broadway's property and drill four more wells there.....????? I hope that they are still working on the Woodsworth well and will find oil there.... but I don't know....

thank you jean. i'm sure this could be as extensive as the eagle ford play. but, it is amazing!
i have a few acres near cotile and very excited. i luv your posts and info.
I am getting this information third hand but from someone that is close to the operation at Broadway's drill. I have property close to this spot and know most of the people in that area and a lot of my relatives have signed leases with Halcon but some with Pride....would like to know if the leases have gone up in that area but haven't heard anything new....and Happy New Year to you also!!!!
jean, this is outstanding? i believe all of this will happen one day, but it is MY belief. can you give us a hint as to how reliable the source is? thanks. happy new year.

After all, we want the farm to remain a place where the family can gather for another 80 years and beyond. This site was born out of these desires. Before we started this site, googling "shale' brought up little information. Certainly nothing that was useful as we negotiated a lease. Read More |
