Who's paying the $1000. That's what I've been holding out for, even though I read in a post the minerals are around $10,000 an acre.

New in the group....but would like everyone to know that I heard from a good source that Halcon will be digging a well on Latanier road in the Spring. Has anybody else heard this?  Would be interested to know if the leases in that area have gone up or they still staying at $500 for 3 and 2? I know they are getting  $1000 an acre across the river from Poland.

Lago contacted me about a month ago about leasing some land around Lecompte.  The lease was not very good, and would have needed alot of changes. They offered $400 an acre and %20 royalty.  I didnt even respond back and havnt heard from them either

I don't see any new wells permitted on SONRIS for that area yet.

I heard that Halcon is going to start drilling this month, two places south of Alexandria.  One off Twin Bridges Road and one near LSUA.

Hello all.  Glad that I found this site.  Unfortunatly, my mother and sister already signed with Lago.  My sister and I share a 40 acre tract in NE Rapides Parish, my father recently passed.  I've been told that although she has signed with Lago, it will not affect me.  Is this correct?  The property is not divided yet, and it boarders Roy O Martin's land.

Thanks Skip. Yep, got a few companies looking at it now.
