Plat map abbreviation question...PBHL- what does this stand for?

This is on a map laying out where a unit well will be located.
PBHL, what does it mean?
Is there a key somewhere to decipher the codes and symbols on a Unit well Map?
The map was sent with a notice for permit request hearing.
Thanks for any help provided.

Planned Bottom Hole Location. This is where the lateral will end.
