Saw it. The advocate interviewed obviously knew little of the industry or the frac process. Poorly vetted piece. Many inaccurate assertions.
I wonder why PBS would air such a misleading piece? PBS must have an "agenda". Sad, but this is why many do not support PBS.
I support PBS. And they regularly turn out well researched and balanced pieces. That's why this one stood out for me as it was out of character. And below their usual high journalistic standards.
I support PBS too and usually like their programs. But, this is a new and complex area. It's easy for a reporter to be swayed by incorrect information from another lobby group.
Did anyone notice this piece was paid for in part by the EPA?
