i am in sec 6 r11wt93 in Sabine. I received a copy of a application today with a map. Can someone let me know what the proposed perforatioin point # 1 means. It looks like the well will be drilled in a section above me Sec 31 and extracting in sec 6.

Also at the bottom of my section there looks like the same thing but it has BHL AND A LINE OUT OF MY SECTION IN SECTION 7.

Is it possible that 2 wells will be extracting from sec 6.

Thanks anyone

I have the application for the 15 wells that was sent in 2008. it was in the jurastic and several months later we received an amendement for 16 units in the Sam Miguel area.
I don;t know what is going on with this.
thanks
You are probably getting notified about the wells fixing to be drilled in Section 7-T9N-R11W & Section 31-T10N-R11W. You need to post what you received or at least tell us what units the notification names. I don't need the units that were formed in 2008 only the ones you just received.
this is what i received. just realized it did not send previously

They are drilling you from Section 31-T10N-R11W. The lines into Section 7-T9N-R11W are just to show distance from other bore holes. Any perfs to the bore will have to be made 330 feet from the section line so as to not be pulling gas from an adjacent section or unit.
Thanks, Steve. That makes it easier to understand your question. I think that the unit formed in 2008 is JUR RA SUK and that SWEPI is now drilling and applying to designate the SHL Louisiana Minerals 6 #1 as the unit well. TDP is correct that the 735' notation is simply noting not only the distance between two well Bottom Hole Locations in adjoining sections but also the requirement that no wellbore perforation may be closer than 330' from a unit/section line. I hope our explanations have answered your questions.
Does this mean that they will be extracting minerals from sec 6 from sec 31?
Yep, Section 6 gets the money other than the money for the surface location.
thanks
Yall made my day
Again
Thanks very much

"my luck probably a dry hole"
Ain't no dry holes around you, got a real good well close by and got a mangled one that may have been great if not for problems, who could ask for anything more.
Skip,
What is the point of making the SHL Louisiana Minerals 6 #1 the unit well? Was this a case of drilling the well before the section was unitized, and now going back to remedy this?
