S/N 101032 is in Sabine Parish, Converse Field.  It is S32 - 9N - 13W.

Skip, like you, I first looked up S/N # 101032 and it was some obscure well drilled in 1964 or something like that.  Didn't make sense.  So I looked at the question again and agree with Les B. that Smith1 meant to ask about T10N,R10W, Section 32, hence 101032!  Sometimes its hard to be mind readers.  Les gave the correct answer.

SB.  My specific point was that the S-T-R was written incorrectly.  My more general point was that those that do not supply complete or accurate information do not get accurate answers.   Locations by S-T-R should be written,  S32 - 10N - 10W.

I am sorry for that but working in the forestry consulting business, we always list Section 32, T10N, R10W as 101032, Please accept my apologies for any confusion and thank you all for your replies. I truly appreciate any and all replies on this site.

Thanks but no apology is required, smith1.  In your example, how do you tell 10N-10W from 10S - 10E?

I assume we always list the parish and if it's like in Union Parish we would list the 10S 10E.  My property is in 161030, Bossier Parish but I guess I should list as S30 T10N R16W or S32 T10N R10W, Natchitoches Parish.

Smith, that section is located in the San Miguel Creek Field.

 

S32-T10N-R10W, HA RA SUQQ Unit, XTO, San Miguel Creek Field, Natchitoches Parish
